Our methods for crack and surface testing:
We offer you two proven non-destructive methods.
  • Dye penetration method (DIFFU-THERM®) – Ideal for detecting the finest cracks and pores on surfaces. Sample tested and approved according to DIN EN ISO 3452 Part 2.
  • Magnetic particle process (DIFFU-THERM®) – Ideal for ferromagnetic materials with the highest demands on safety and durability. Sample tested and approved according to DIN EN ISO 9934-2.

Our testing equipment is produced exclusively at our facility. Company headquarters in Herten – from formulation and manufacturing to bottling Aerosol can or liter containerWe place the greatest emphasis on Sustainability and environmental awarenessWe cover more than 50% of our energy needs through our own electricity generation from solar panels.

In the sense of active environmental protection We also offer our customers a Proper collection and disposal of empty aerosol cans in our own, certified Disposal point – naturally with official authorization Disposal certificate.

PT dye penetrant process

DIFFU-THERM® Red/White Water-washable, daylight/UV-visible red penetrant with developer and cleaner. Approved according to DIN EN ISO 3452-2 and meet the requirements of ASME Codes Section V, Art. 6. Temperature range from -10 °C to 50 °C.

DIFFU-THERM® magnetic particle process Enables the detection of microscopic defects on the surface and inside ferromagnetic workpieces. Our testing systems (black and fluorescence) are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9934-2 approved and meet the requirements of ASME Codes Section V, Art. 6.
