General terms and conditions of business

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between Helmut Klumpf Techn. Chemie GmbH & Co. KG and its customers, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Conclusion of the contract
Orders can be placed in writing (by email or letter) or by telephone. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or delivery.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are net prices, excluding statutory VAT and any applicable shipping costs.
Invoices are payable within [e.g., 14 days] of receipt without deduction. For advance payments, delivery will take place after receipt of payment.

4. Delivery and Shipping
Deliveries are made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Delivery dates are non-binding unless expressly confirmed in writing. Risk passes to the customer upon handover to the transport company.

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. For defective or damaged goods, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the goods.

6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Liability
We are liable only for intentional acts and gross negligence. Liability for consequential damages or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Data protection

9. Final Provisions
